Refund policy

<h2>Right to cancel</h2>
<p>For 14 days after you receive your order, you can change your mind. Email <a href="mailto:88a68812vp22@gmail.com">88a68812vp22@gmail.com</a> with your order number and say you want to cancel.</p>
<h2>Returning items</h2>
<p>After cancelling, send the item back within 14 days. We will give you the return address when you contact us, so please do not post anything to another address. For change-of-mind returns you pay return shipping. For orders or items under €15, keep the item and we will refund you without a return.</p>
<h2>Refunds</h2>
<p>We refund the item price and standard delivery within 14 days of your cancellation, to your original payment method. If we need the item back, we may wait until it arrives or you show proof of postage.</p>
<h2>Condition</h2>
<p>Please look after items. We may reduce a refund if an item shows use beyond checking it.</p>
<h2>Not returnable</h2>
<p>Personalized items, and hygiene products with the seal opened.</p>
<h2>Faulty, damaged or wrong items</h2>
<p>Contact us with photos as soon as you notice. We will replace or refund at our cost, including return shipping if needed.</p>
