<p>Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.</p>
<h2>Delivery times</h2>
<p>From our EU warehouse: 3-7 business days. From overseas: 10-25 business days. These are estimates, and delays happen at customs or with carriers.</p>
<h2>Costs</h2>
<p>Shown at checkout before you pay.</p>
<h2>Import charges</h2>
<p>For items shipped from outside your country, import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees may be charged on delivery. These are your responsibility unless stated at checkout.</p>
<h2>Tracking</h2>
<p>You will get a tracking link when your order ships. Overseas tracking may take a few days to update.</p>
<h2>Lost or delayed parcels</h2>
<p>If tracking has not moved for 10 days or the parcel is late beyond the estimate, contact us and we will investigate and replace or refund.</p>
<h2>Wrong address</h2>
<p>Please check your address. Reshipping a returned parcel may cost extra.</p>
